Low Expectations Are a Common Growth Pain for Startups
Low expectations is something I see all over the place. When you are a scrappy lean startup, you are fighting for scraps in a lot of ways. It could be just someone's bad decision or someone leaves a not gateway open on AWS. You don't realize until it's too late and then you end up with a bill with a few more zeroes on it. We tend to kind of let things slide or we've developed more personal connections with people.
