The Importance of Momentum in Stock Trading
There's a lot of momentum strategies out there, both formal momentum strategies that deliberately seek momentum and accidental momentum strategies. I think there's way more money managed with accidental momentum than with deliberate momentum because who wants to buy something that's gone way down? It goes against human nature. Anything that's given us joy and profit, we want more of. And that's deeply ingrained in human nature.
