i think that there really is a natural connection between diet and exercise. If you try to do em both at the same time, it can getReally overwhelming and en cumbersome. But if you focus on one first, then the other will follow in its own right. The motivation the thing itself is eventually what's going to be the thing that makes a habit last. And i'm glad you mention that it works the other way round too. I don't know if we mentioned it yesterday or not, but, like a lot of ther's the extrinsic verse, intrinsic rewards. Like should you give yourself actual rewards for your for your habits? Maybe those rewards are maybe not the healthiest
