The DNI Report and NBC's Response to the DNI Complaint

NBC admits that the conclusion included in the March 18 2021 broadcast that quote, if you get something from somebody who is sanctioned by the US as a Russian agent, you should hand it over to the FBI was an opinion based on accurate facts. The only issue remaining is was Rachel Maddow entitled to imply that Devin Nunes refused to turn over the Durk hatch package to the FBI, something that Nunes has said he has done and something that we said we don't know. We just have Nunes's word. NBC denies the allegations except that it received a demand for retraction and apology from plaintiff Devin Nunes dated April 5 2021,. which challenge statements from the broadcast on April 9.
