The Four Fronts of World War I
The Montenegrin army had no transport problems because they had no hospitals. What they did have were donkeys, men and rifles. They could cover territory, but when they ran into prepared Turkish positions around scutari, there wasn't much they could do. The fourth front, the Greeks attacked on two fronts. This is, well, today this would be northwest Greece towards the border of Albania. In the mountains, they could not capture Janina and had to settle down for a winter siege. But the main army went in the other direction; they won the race to Solanika.
