The Risk of Trading Stocks in an Up Market

The risk issue is if a risk has been around for a while people no longer perceive that risk as being a big deal. Most people just think that if they got through something safely then they're okay with it so eventually they'll stop worrying about it. People worried a lot about nuclear stuff 40 years ago and don't today it i don't know how much it affects the probabilities but sometimes it does affect things like one bank run could make it more likely there's another bank run.
