The flight took off 27 minutes behind schedule. At five 27 amm u t c, the flight climbed to an altitude of 33 thousand feet. The controller at this airport asked the crew if they had ever been here before,. It sounds like there are other things going on that i'm going to get you all spoiled a little bit right now. We've talked about how international aviation is written in english. Typically when you're flying commercially, for the most part, pilots and air traffic controllers are communicating in english. Like i said earlier, this is a russian military base, so that doesn't mean that the only person speaking in russian does not apply.
