How Are You Developing Coaching Approaches?
CNN's John Defterios talks about his new coaching approach. He says it allows people to see themselves in different contexts, but critically then look at the material and say well what I need to do is actually have more stories told about me like those and fewer stories like those. There's no judgment involved in that statement so you can evolve or migrate in context without judgment as they move forward now that's what we're doing on the coaching side.
