I love your book. I've read it a couple of times since the last time we chatted. You really challenge a lot of maybe previously held ideas about what negotiation is and what negotiation isn't. If somebody's using the terms win-win, they're going to be one of two people. They're looking to cut my throat or get me to drop their guard. We don't believe in win-win mindset or those words per se.
