For the longest time to have all these folks facing retirement and to have interest income removed from the system that they can no longer get any consistent cash without buying junk bonds. People following me, this is no surprise. I've been forecasting this would happen for decades, not just recent years. If you see it coming and you get out when the gains are overvalued, people have had more gains than they deserve in the stock market in real estate for a long time. This is the best gift an investor could have. The problem is 98% of people aren't going to see it coming.
