The Role of Genetics in Inequality

Is inequality driven by individual differences and traits? Is that something we can also study through genetics, for example. Or do you think it's mainly driven by, for example, how the society is structured? That is a controversial issue. My view is that genetics is not really underlying inequality. Inequality is modeling the genomes of our societies... But I am not really the supporter of the opposite.
