Some people are amazing for the stage of business you're at, and then you suddenly outgrow it too fast. It's just not a good fit any more. I don't consider myself a ruthless person, but you do have to have some kind of edge there. And em, i think that's almost the benefit of being a self funded business. There's just no one forcing you to do things that otherwise would seem quite stupid. We try to set ourselves at ten % a net monthly growth target,. which is a lot, ecause it compounds a very quickly.
