How to Be a Male or How to Be a Male or What Have You Thought?

I don't normally say negative things about people who I can avoid it but my pet hate would be something called the Fresh and Fit podcast which is just so cringe worthy. Even amongst all of their misogynistic crap, uninformed, immature rubbish, there are still some truths in there,. There are some things that are good advice on how to be a male. It's like a movement again towards traditional values which is trying to tell males how to be attractive to women  and have confidence. But then a lot of the ones that I saw took it too far again in my opinion, it kind of went into misogyny with the ultimate being my hate actually.
