How much avocado really goes to waste? Is there any idea on that? Well, we can extrapolate, I think. It's generally thought that in general, fruit browning is a problem. Non-browning avocado will allow certain things like guacamole to get away from technologies like acidification and suppressing the enzyme. And so I think it's going to have a big impact both in the processing market as well as the fresh market.
