22% of social workers identify as Jewish compared to 2% of the general population. There are studies that are coming out in terms of how to integrate this like ethically and very carefully. Social workers need to spend some time thinking about what is it that they believe in? How can they hold and expand their ability to hold what they believe in alongside what their clients believe in?
