Is There a Need for Reviewing Your Time Tracking?

i don't think i have a necessary structure because, like, the first time i did it was last year. I am very focused on quarter to quarter because that's how my business operates. So i don't really have to sit down and do a performance review of myself becauseth i can see it on a spread sheet. And jeff asked, what is some advice you would give to some one looking to get their theme in place?
