The Tent of Meeting

Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp far off from the camp. The sacrificial system, the tabernacle is not fully made yet. And if there's no sacrificial system up and running, Yahweh cannot be in the midst of the sinful people. So this whole scene is very dramatic. It reminds me of kind of the climactic scene in Star Wars Episode eight, The Last Jedi. If he doesn't succeed in his task, then Israel is done.
