"I was like, can you just show me that? So they were only focused on the bike and he built this whole set," she says of Chinland's work. "He would do all this intense prelighting. And then he'd say, okay, we're ready for you." The pair shared a similar visual sensibility when it came to dark scenes in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
