Is This a Satire of Fine Dining?
Hollywood is so taken with the restaurant world right now. I think ten years ago a satire of fine dining would not have been as meaningful, he says. The cuisine has become so performative it was interesting to see that at Noma you don't go there to learn to cook but instead eat like an art form. It's much more interesting world if we care about what we eat a film such as this could be made.
