I encourage people to think about creating an environment. And I often use the term instead of using the term product. Every time somebody goes to a product, it's because they're trying to get to the end outcome that they think the product can help them facilitate. The difference between two and through to me is focusing on the same thing that the users focusing on,. which is there and desired end outcome whether they're even conscious of it or not necessarily.
