What Are the Unconsidered Needs?
Strategy expert says customers have three types of unmet needs. One is the undervalued unconsidered need, where they feel like it's a problem but don't know how to fix it. The second one is the unmet unconsidered need; an organization has created a workaround for that issue. And then the third one is the unknown unconsidered need: They don't even know they have that problem. STR aims to match those with what I would class as your or my unspecified capabilities.
