Andrew Sullivan said in his sign off post that he's not going to do it anymore because of the stress associated with feeling like he's always on it never lets up. Can you relate to that? I'm kind of well, let me project from two perspectives. When it comes to revenue, recurring revenue is super important. And so it's thinking about your customers from a lifetime value perspective instead of thinking about them from a transaction perspective. The challenge again, this gets back to solvents starting out before like Sullivan building his product before he built his business model.
This is the story of Stratechery, presented with much sheepishness on Ben’s part. How Ben thought about the market, his business model, and more. We apologize that this is a little long and perhaps a bit choppy. It’s hard to talk about us!
