"People get fixated on things, and then once they get there, they totally forget about it. Sometimes its the things that it's not that big of a deal," he says. "Once you live here for a bit of time, you're going to adapt it to in some way." 'I think people are probably blind to 90 % of them, and there's maybe ten percent that really bother them,' adds designer David Hockney.
