How to Interview for Manager and Senior IC Roles

The interview process is a little bit overdone and really long at ConvertKit. The structure seems fairly similar apart from the take home assignment. I like to think that it might be dying, whichI think is a good thing. And it makes it easier for the candidates too, right, to bring their energy to the calls because they haven't had to spend all of their free time on the take home assignments.
