The U.S. And the West Provoked the War in Ukraine

The rest of the world does not see the war in Ukraine as yet another attempt to assert their dominion and hegemonic control everywhere including all the way up to the russian border. While they don't necessarily support the russian invasion of ukraine they certainly believe that the u.s and the west provoked it. We are already at the point where the Ukrainians are explicitly justifying attacked on russian civilians deep inside Russia into Moscow its capital.
