The Ennioc
The ennioc was basically the first electric computer, built at the university of pennsylvania and came on line in 19 forty five. It was used to calculate missile trajectories, and eventually it ran the calculations behind the first hydrogen bomb. The ediac is an important place in the history of computing. We had the ediac; they built the eniac. And in fact, the wall all the opposite wall of my office were pieces of Eniac tubes.
