The Challenge of Delivering in a Virtual Environment
Virtual mediums allow us to reach customer teams wherever they might work. They also present a practical issue of creating these stove pipes. So we're pulling into kind of t the hybrid delivery, so that we can have inclusive discussions. We've learned as well to use these and be disciplined about how we use follow up questions of facilitation on white space. But interestingly, i would say it will last about three to six months. As we've begun doing more imp in workshops, we're beginning to blend these delivery mediums.
