Is San Francisco a Better Place to Be Homeless?
In argument, I often hear mostly from conservatives is that progressive cities like San Francisco or LA or New York City have bigger homeless populations because they provide all these welfare services. Now we have some data on this, right? And it disproves this claim. The idea that someone would leave their community to go to a place that they have never been to where they have no connections to job networks, no connections to social supports doesn't actually make any sense.
