Gos pt: Most people that i work with, they are being proactive. They've seen the fact that traditional p t has not done them justice. It hurts my heart to say that what you're trying to do is impossible. You don't need to be in immense pain to have to see a professional. And it may improve really quickly because you were proactive with it. But definitely people act on act on it when something happens.
