Meditation Practices
When i first started meditating, for example, one of the main benefits that accrued to me was a real sense of confidence. And so i've been through these cycles throughout my ten, 12 years of doing meditation practice,. where there'll be a period of growth and deepening and real benefits accruing to me through the practice. But then at some point some negative stuff will cart coming up, some stuff that i wasn't dealing with or whatever. These prolonged periods of what i would call spiritual suffering, or spiritual trials and tribulations, i feel like i've taken a step back - something new is coming up.
