Wellsa: I don't necessarily feel like i my job is to come back to it, at least in terms of how i frame it for myself. It's rather sort of carry with me the experience and the growth that came before. So i think of it as well in terms of, how would i prepare differently for a project? How would i loop in other wer can have the opportunity to build our team a little bit in the new year?"
