How to Change the Culture of an Organization?
How do you change the psychological safety of an organization? Are you leading by example or providing job aids? We've been investing in, as we've said, ok, if we are experiencing full of it. If we're beginning to experience psychological safety and someone is ready to be that first courageous person to share something, have we created pathways to reduce the friction to sharing? And so one ara that we've applied the concept of psychological safety, sharing things that matter is in how we do lessons learned.
