I Don't Think the Advocates Made Their Best Arguments
David Bianculli: I thought both sides didn't make their strongest arguments very well, and it was unusual in that sense. He says the justices were fascinating; they all were asking real questions to each side probing their arguments. BiancullI: This will be one of the best oral arguments of the term in terms of like a fun oral argument where you're actually exploring the law, stress testing, different arguments. But when I say that I didn't think the advocates necessarily made their best arguments, for instance, buried at one point was what John just said.
