Why You Shouldn't Lose Your Health at Uni

I think what really helped me at uni was surrounding myself with other people that were going through the same thing. And I definitely wasn't like the perfect role model of this at uni because I had so many days where I was like 12 hours in the library, et cetera. It's never worth like losing your, your health over it, whether it's like mental health or physical health.
