I was horrified at what people were experiencing, and really became a dedicated advocate for access to justice. The research that i have seen has not looked specifically at that, but certainly in courts where there are programmes outside of the court room that give self represented litigants access to legal information. But isn't a flipside of that, that maybe they consume more sort of out of court resources, like more clerk time or a, you know, they don't know, they are constantly going in asking questions because the don't know what to do, or that sort of thing?
