Pedro's Life in a Prison

In the early 1990s, Pedro is moved into a psychiatric facility where he's diagnosed with psychopathy and antisocial personality disorder. He is placed in solitary confinement for almost 10 years. During those 10 years, the only other people the Pedro sees or speaks with are prison guards. Then in 2002, when he's getting close to his release date, he's moved back into Gen Pop. And Brazil's justice system just does not know what to do with him. It's so insane. This guy has free reign over the prison, it seems like.
