Many ML founders don't even think about doing this kind of thing for pricing or business value reconciliation. The way the customer thinks about the value created by that product is like the number of times they log in. You've got to follow that train of logic down its logical path and say, okay, what is the solving for you? What is the value it's creating? And then you create a business model, a pricing model, around the value creation.
