You Need the Old People Because They Have Something to Give

It's very unnatural, this system of kids all are exactly the same age. It's not human. That's not normal. Natural, human society has all different ages. We need that. You need the old people because they have something to contribute. They have something to teach. And you need the older ones and those in the middle and middle aged people, even with children, they need to be around other children of different ages. This whole mix of different ages is real life.
