The Problem With Traffic Filtering

Oxford has put in a trial of three LTM's which stands for low traffic neighborhoods and they've been in place I think for a year or so now. They won't allow you to do anything. You've been locked down into your small little communities and nobody's going to allow you out. And the traffic filtering they're putting in place is like barely anything right now but they think it's kind of slippery slope there.
