I think there's been an awareness, growth of the true inequities in our society. The commitment to skilled base hiring is a way to really make meaningful progress on the wealth cap. Tee your organization internally and see your customers externally. It's quite important along this multy year journey. I've seen changes happen. But safe to say, it's pretty upsetting that we are still talkingut diversity inclusion.
