How to Analyze the Vials of Vaccines

A few years ago we were, we were studying how these vaccines were made. We decided to spike some RNAs into it to troubleshoot what was going on and I had those in the freezer so through men didn't expect much to come up with other than it to sort out our problem. But lo and behold, once we got the sequencing back we saw that the plasmids that they use to manufacture these mRNAs were still in the vial. And so, I didn't know how to properly communicate this to the field I knew peer review would take forever. So I just started putting substacks out in a preprint.
