The Toilet Is in a Separate Room

The top lid has to come down when the toilet is flushed. The whole lid should be shut because otherwise you're just infusing your rim with fecal matter. In England, all the toilets are in the bathroom and there's no separate room for them. Instead of doing that, they've just built a separate room. This is why British people have bad teeth.
