One of the requests that i hear often, people and men want o last longer in bed. I also think movement can be very useful, because i think it's not necessarily as about our erwhen i find that my clients, when they feel good about themselves when doing like after running, that's when they are feeling most sexual. And i think, as far as i en relationally during for play, like when you touch your partner, an receiving touch can be grounding. It soundsl more like a performance, a kind of mindsadvers as, kind of like focussing on what you need and what works for the relationship.
