Is Sedentary More Predictive of Cardiovascular Disease Than Exercise?
Sitting alot, or just sedentary behaviour in general, is highly corulated with all cause mortality. It's highly correlated with cardio vascular disease. But the equal and opposite of sitting a lot is exercising, right? So there we do see that there are some mitigations that can take place. Some studies show that even with exercise, being more sedentary is kind of more detrimental than not exercising. And so i feel like this would be one of those interesting science or fictions, steve, where it could go both ways.
