I think Oscar himself was quite honest in the interview, and was saying that perhaps he just didn't keep the tyres in as good a shape as Landos. There was no way for a podium for Oscar, which was a shame because it did feel like again, oh surely he's going to do it. But his pace was really bad in that last stint, if we're being honest.
