I underestimated how much of my leadership and came from intuition, knowing the country i was in. Learning french am oow in her mid forties was like poring water on cement. I had a hard time figuring out how to meet people where they were at. And so i found that harder just that i thought it was going to be. But i also learned so much there. The power of te i've always believed in diversity, but really the power of you're in a room in switzerland, and there's a hundred people, and we got forty, two different nationalities,. Everybody has a different story, and how do you bring those stories?
