The Seltar is a higher diploma, which is equivalent to a master's degree. You have to create a detailed lesson plan explaining how exactly you would use that piece of material. And the instructors on the course gave us bits and pieces and we just sort of had to turn them into lessons. When I did the Delta, I couldn't get that out of my head every single day at school. So it was great. The main takeaways were giving the students as much talking time as possible.
