You can't change a relationship to which you don't belong. The only thing you can do is take well-defined, non-anxious stands with each person individually. In many cases, I found that they do start to take responsibility for self and the system moves in a positive direction. If anything is going to improve things, that is what will.
The triangle is the most stable form of human relationship. Learning to recognize a triangle and how to manage it is essential to being a non-anxious leader.
