The Importance of Trend Following in Long Term Wealth
Clifford: If you want insurance, you should have to pay for it. Trend following doesn't always work. In March of 2020, when we saw a gigantic drop in the comeback immediately, but trend following didn't protect you because there was no trend to follow. But I'm not totally against a portfolio of the two. Someone who wants to really ensure against tails might want to do some of both.
