Get Fit 20 21 Challenge - Part Three

Part three of the glen work out. We're getting buff in 20 21. squats this week, leg lifts, hanging leg lifts and wide gripp pull ups. Make sure you eat a good meal after your work out. If it makes you feel more hard cord, just drink a protein shake and call it goblin blood. I'll try an figure out a recipe. It's basely going to be a protein powder, red food coloring. That's it. Haha, ha ha. The hardest step is that first step, committing to it. You put in the work, you reap the rewards.
